A night of unapologetic escapist fun. The theme is “the ’70s”, and you’re expected to demonstrate as much in your general attire. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes and the most convincing impersonations of you parents/colleagues on the dance floor. General dancing with a twist. | |||||||

The last ball of the year, and it’s going to be a good’un! Another evening of fabulous entertainment with our own Umbrella Band and a demo by new professional partnership, Gregor Rebula (former British Amateur Latin Champion) and Rachael Heron. With dancing all night long, a score of fantastic raffle prizes up for grabs, and the added excitement of it being a MASKED ball, this is the one event of the year you don’t want to miss. Dress code is black tie. Tickets will go on sale from Tuesday 19 May 2009. They can also be pre-booked via email to events@cambridgedancers.org. An SAE containing a cheque made payable to “Cambridge Dancers’ Club” should be sent, once email booking is confirmed, to Sophie Newman-Sanders, Gonville and Caius College, Trinity Street, Cambridge, CB2 1TA. |
